How to use the app- InsightPulse

Step 1 – Prepare the Excel

Gather the feedback data and enter it into a Microsoft Excel file as shown in the example below. All feedback should be recorded exclusively in Column A, with no data in any other columns.

Step 2- Login and upload the Excel

It calculates the number of rows in the Excel file, the total tokens, and estimates the cost and processing time. In this example, for analyzing 50 feedback entries, the cost was calculated at $1.16, with an estimated processing time of 39 seconds.

Step 3- Payment Information

After you upload the Excel file by selecting one of the button , it takes you to the payment screen, where you provide payment information.

Step 4- Order Summary

Once you provide the payment information, the order total will be displayed. You can confirm your order by clicking the ‘Place your order’ button.

Step 5- Result

Based on the file size, InsightPlus will begin analyzing the feedback data and generate insights and analytics in both tabular format and a visual dashboard with charts. The results can also be downloaded as a Microsoft Excel or CSV file.

Download the data as an Excel report for further analysis using your preferred Business Intelligence (BI) tool. A sample report is provided below.
